TAOS 2027
Lead Pastor Retreat
April 11-13

The Church is not called to preserve what is familiar. We are called to stay faithful to Jesus and responsive to the Spirit in a world that is changing fast.

Sometimes a God designed, holy disruption is exactly what is needed to loosen what has become rigid and make room for what God wants to do next.

Gather with other lead pastors in the mountains of Eastern Pennsylvania for The Art of Shepherding, a three-day retreat filled with powerful teaching, meaningful connection, prophetic impartation, and unhurried moments in God’s presence.

What is The Art of Shepherding?

TAOS is a retreat for lead pastors and their families who need more than another conference. It’s a relaxed, Spirit led space to step away from the pressure of ministry, connect with others who understand the journey, and make room for God.

• No politics, competition, or pressure to perform
• Real conversations and authentic friendships
• Time to rest, breathe, and be refreshed
• Worship, prophetic ministry, and moments in God’s presence
• Practical teaching for the realities and strategies of ministry
• Space for pastors and families to be strengthened together

Come as you are. Leave refreshed, encouraged, and ready for what’s next.

Session in Progress

What is Forward Movement?

We are a relational, catalytic leadership and church network. believe God is using collaboration to spark a fresh wave of revival across His Church. In a time when isolation, competition, and territorial mindsets are too common, we’re set on pioneering a new path, one of unity, humility, and collective mission.
