Formation Circuit : Lead Pastor

Formation Circuit is a nine-month leadership and ministry intensive designed specifically for lead pastors who want to build with greater clarity, lead with greater health, and develop ministries that can carry what God is doing.

This is more than a monthly teaching.

It is a development journey.

Over nine months, pastors will move through four critical areas of ministry leadership:

FOUNDATION → SYSTEMS → MOVEMENT → LEADERSHIP

Each month combines powerful teaching, honest conversation, practical tools, peer interaction, and space to work through the real challenges of leading a church.
